From that time many of his disciples went [turned WU] back, and walked no more with [quit following WU] him . JH 6:66 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? JH 6:67 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. JH 6:68 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God. JH 6:69 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and [yet WU] one of you is a devil? JH 6:70 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should [would] betray him, being one of the twelve. JH 6:71

After these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry [Judea], because the Jews sought to kill him. JH 7:1 Now the Jew's feast of tabernacles was at hand. JH 7:2 His brethren [brothers] therefore said unto him, Depart hence [from here], and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest. JH 7:3 For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and [when WU] he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world. JH 7:4 For neither did his brethren [own brothers WU] believe in him. JH 7:5 Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come: but your time is alway ready [anytime WU]. JH 7:6 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of [about] it, that the works thereof are evil. JH 7:7 KEEPS FROM BELIEVING Hating Good Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast: for my time is not yet full[y WU] come. JH 7:8

When he had said these words unto them, he abode [stayed] still in Galilee. JH 7:9 But when his brethren [brothers] were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret. JH 7:10 Then the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he? JH 7:11 And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay [not so]; but he deceiveth the people. JH 7:12 Howbeit [yet] no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews. JH 7:13

Now about the midst [middle WU] of the feast Jesus went up
into the temple, and taught. JH 7:14 And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters [so much WU], having never learned [formally studied WU]? JH 7:15 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine [teaching] is not mine [own WU], but his that sent me. JH 7:16 PRINCIPLES If any man will do his [God's WU] will, he shall know of the doctrine [about my teaching], whether it be of [from] God, or whether I speak of myself [on my own WU]. JH 7:17 HELPS BELIEVE Right & Wrong NEED GOD Choose To Do He that speaketh of himself [on his own WU] seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory [glory for him] that sent him, the same is true [a man of truth WU], and no unrighteousness is in him. JH 7:18 APPLY Glory to God Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about [do you seek] to kill me? JH 7:19 The people answered and said, Thou hast a devil [demon]: who goeth about to kill thee? JH 7:20 Jesus answered and said unto them, I have done one work [miracle WU], and ye all marvel. JH 7:21 [however WU] Moses therefore gave unto you circumcision; (not because it is of [not that it is from] Moses, but of the fathers [forefathers WU];) and ye on the sabbath day circumcise a man. JH 7:22 If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole [completely well WU] on the sabbath day? JH 7:23 Judge not according to the appearance [appearances WU], but judge [a WU] righteous judgment. JH 7:24 KEEPS FROM BELIEVING Insensitivity

Then said some of them of Jerusalem, Is not this he, whom they seek to kill? JH 7:25 But, lo, he speaketh boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Do the rulers know indeed that this is the very Christ? JH 7:26 Howbeit we know this man whence [where] he is [from]: but when Christ cometh, no man knoweth whence he is. JH 7:27 Then cried [out] Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence [where] I am [from]: and I am not come of myself [here on my own WU], but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not. JH 7:28 But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me. JH 7:29 Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour [time WU] was not yet come. JH 7:30 And many of the people believed on [in] him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this man hath done? JH 7:31

The Pharisees heard that the people murmured such things concerning him; and the Pharisees and the chief priests sent officers to take [arrest] him. JH 7:32 Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while [longer] am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me. JH 7:33 Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither [there WU] ye cannot come. JH 7:34 Then said the Jews among themselves, Whither [where] will he go, that we shall not find him? will he go unto the [Jews WU] dispersed among the Gentiles, and teach the Gentiles? JH 7:35 What manner of saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither ye cannot come? JH 7:36

In the last day, that great day of the feast
, Jesus stood and cried [out], saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. JH 7:37 He that believeth on [in] me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly [from within] shall flow rivers of living water. JH 7:38 (But [by WU] this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should [would WU] receive: GOD IN US for the Holy Ghost [Spirit] was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) JH 7:39 Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet. JH 7:40 Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee? JH 7:41 Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed [from the family WU] of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was? JH 7:42 So there was a division among the people because of him. JH 7:43 And some of them would have taken [seized WU] him; but no man laid hands on him. JH 7:44 Then came the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees; and they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him? JH 7:45 The officers answered, Never [no] man [ever] spake like this man. JH 7:46 Then answered them the Pharisees, Are ye also deceived? JH 7:47 Have any of the rulers or of the Pharisees believed on him? JH 7:48 But this people who knoweth not the law are cursed. JH 7:49 Nicodemus saith unto them, (he that came to Jesus by night, being one of them,) JH 7:50 Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth? JH 7:51 They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and look: for [you will find that WU] out of Galilee ariseth no prophet. JH 7:52

And every man went unto his own house
. JH 7:53 Jesus went unto the mount of Olives. JH 8:1

And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them. JH 8:2 And the scribes [experts in the law WU] and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken [caught WU] in adultery; and when they had set her in the[ir WU] midst, JH 8:3 They say unto him, Master [Teacher], this woman was taken [caught WU] in adultery, in the very act. JH 8:4 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such [women WU] should be stoned: but what sayest thou? JH 8:5 This they said, tempting [to trap WU] him, that they might have [reason WU] to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not. JH 8:6 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him [be the WU] first [to WU] cast a stone at her. JH 8:7 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. JH 8:8 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out [away WU] one by one, beginning at [with WU] the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst [where she was]. JH 8:9 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? JH 8:10 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: LOVE NEIGHBOR Mercy go, and sin no more. JH 8:11
